General terms governing the professional audit and assurance services provided by Just Audit B.V.
Scope & Professional Standards
All engagements accepted by Just Audit B.V. are executed in accordance with applicable Dutch law, the rules of the Royal Netherlands Institute of Chartered Accountants (NBA), and relevant standards (NV COS). The General Terms and Conditions of the SRA (Samenwerkende Registeraccountants en Accountants-Administratieconsulenten) apply to all assignments unless explicitly agreed otherwise in a signed engagement letter.
Independence & Quality Management
Just Audit B.V. maintains strict compliance with the Regulation on the Independence of Accountants in Assurance Engagements (ViO) and the Professional Code for Accountants (VGBA). Both the client and Just Audit B.V. commit to preserving auditor independence throughout the engagement.
Fees, Invoicing & Disbursements
Unless explicitly stipulated otherwise, audit services are provided on a fixed-fee basis aligned with agreed PBC milestones and client delivery schedules. Invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
Applicable Law & Jurisdiction
All agreements between the client and Just Audit B.V. are governed exclusively by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam or the Dutch Disciplinary Court for Accountants (Accountantskamer) in Zwolle.
